What We Collect
ReadMyMd stores the information needed to run the product: your login identity, profile details you choose to add, Markdown documents, publication settings, comments, API keys, and basic usage records for your published pages.
Google Login
If you sign in with Google, we receive account details such as your email, name, and avatar. We use that information to create your account and show ownership of pages and comments.
AI Connections
If you connect ChatGPT or Claude, ReadMyMd stores the credential data needed to power your writing chat. These credentials are encrypted at rest and used only to run the AI features you ask for.
Published Pages
Public pages can be indexed and viewed by anyone. Private-link pages are unlisted. Password-protected pages require the password before the content is returned. You can edit or change visibility from your dashboard.
Analytics
We track page views and reading time so authors can understand how their pages are read. We keep this analytics data focused on product use, not advertising profiles.
Service Providers
We use infrastructure providers for hosting, database, storage, authentication, and AI integrations. They process data only as needed to provide those services.
Your Choices
You can delete API keys, edit or unpublish documents, change page visibility, and update your profile. For account or data requests, contact us on X at @itsaditya_xyz.
Changes
We may update this policy as the product changes. The effective date above will change when we publish a material update.
